Terms And Conditions

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process your order. Please be advised, receiving an “order
confirmation” via email indicating the items selected, does NOT guarantee all items will be in stock. We will notify you by email in the situation that the items you ordered were out of stock, and you will receive a full refund for those items.

Shipping and Delivery:

United Luxuries currently only ships to the United States of America. Products purchased are shipped individually from each manufacturer to customers shipping address. If the customer orders products from a variety of different manufacturers, the customer should prepare for the possibility of receiving packages on different days. Signatures may be required on all products delivered. You will be notified if your products will be arriving at your shipping address on different days.

Returns and Refunds:

1. If a customer wishes to Return/Exchange products, customer must Email Support@United Luxuries.com the following information:
-Order #
-Date of Purchase
-SKU of products
2. Customers will have to send products back to the manufacturer.
3. Customers will have to abide by the Manufacturers Return/Refund Policies.
4. Manufacturer Return/Refund Policies can be found on our Manufacturers Return/Refund
(http://www.unitedluxuries.com/manufacturers-return/refund-policies)Policies page.
5. No returns on Custom Fit products and Special Orders.
6. Removal of labels/tags on products will void return policy.
7. For any returns that are not due to manufacturer defects or inaccurate transactions made by United Luxuries such as 'Buyer changed mind on Order after being shipped', there will be a 15% Re- Stocking fee and Shipping Charges are the customer's responsibility, Return must be made within 14 business days of purchase

Warranty:

1. Customers will have to abide by the Manufacturers Warranty Policies.

3. Additional Warranties purchased with associated products are not refundable.

Payment:

All payments will be processed through Paypal. After confirming your order, you will be redirected to a secure Paypal payment page. You have the option to complete your payment with or without a Paypal account. Debit/Credit Cards will be the source of payment.

United Luxuries reserves the right to cancel any number of orders placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if there is a reasonable cause to suspect that such the customer has violated these Terms and Conditions or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate cause.

Order Tracking:

After receiving your Order Confirmation, within 48 hours you will receive your Shipping Invoice containing your tracking information. Products are shipped individually directly from the manufacturer, so you will receive a tracking number for each of your items purchased in your Shipping Invoice.

If you cannot find or did not receive your tracking information, please Email us your Name and Order Number at Support@UnitedLuxuries.com. - Your Order Number is located in your Order Confirmation Email.
